We've had some crazy weather the past week...mostly lots of rain. The kids got to watch about 4 hailstorms in 1 afternoon and experience thunder/lightening that evening. (something we don't get much of out here. also something I miss about living in Colorado)
This is the view from our street this morning. The sun is finally shining after a week of rain and we're expected to get another big storm tonight. The picture doesn't do the snowy mountains justice, but you get the idea. After big rainstorms, I always look forward to seeing these mountains on the next sunny, clear day. Where else can you get palm trees in your photos of snowy mountains?

my snow-deprived children are jealous
we need to go to the snow for a weekend. i keep meaning to do that!
its been ugly here too...i guess i should not complain too much tho..i don't have to shovel rain!
we had just one little hailstorm. and if it snows on our mountains in AZ, from the valley you can always get palm trees, cactus and snow. but i looked yesterday and no snow on the mountains yet. love your hail! and your snowy mountains.
