I took the kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo yesterday. What a beautiful day! It was overcast until about 1pm...perfect for trekking around the zoo. After that, we went across the street to the beach to swing. I can never get over how incredibly gorgeous it is in Santa Barbara. I'm pretty sure it's my favorite place on earth. It might be Kelly's as well. As soon as we started to leave, she screamed, "BEACH! BEACH!"...complete with outstretched arms, a red face and tears.

That zoo looks so fabulous I bet it doesn't even smell all zoo-like.
Wow. It looks amazing. I so wished I lived in CA. Love those pictures of your kids. Kelly takes after my own heart. I love the beach. I think I'll cry next time I leave too.
What fun. I haven't been to that zoo in ages. Someday, hopefully.
