Halloween 2008

Pumpkin Patch

(it's 2 light sabers. duh.)

Preschool with Kelly's best buddy

BumbleBee

Storm Trooper
I have to admit, I'm somewhat embarrassed to post the pictures of their costumes this year when I've got these friends who handmade some amazing costumes. But all in all, we had a fairly stress-free Halloween holiday and it was fun to see Kelly "get it" for the 1st time. Trick-or-treating was a blast...she'd push her way through the group of kids, right up to the doorstep until she got her own candy. Then she'd run to the next house saying "more!" the entire time. Poor Kyle had a headache, so we only stayed out for about an hour. We're considering being the cast of Karate Kid next year...Kyle as Daniel Laruso, Jehremy as a Cobra Kai guy, me as the girlfriend and Kelly as Mr. Myagi. What do you think? :)

Go for the whole karate kid thing. You'd make a great Kelly. Having grown up in CO, it is weird to see your kids in shorts at the pumpkin patch in October! I love the lightsabers too. SO cool. I hope Kyle feels better.

You totally scored the Star Wars patterns at Target, didn't you? I told Keller we weren't getting them and then went back to surprise him and they were all sold out.

And your kids are freaking cute in their costumes. And you probably didn't swear or threaten anyone with death when you were getting them.

Also..Kelly's eyes...AMAZING.

I think Karate kid will be awesome. Char better start sewing. ;) That's a great pumpkin and an adorable Bumble Bee. I'm not sure what the storm trooper is (cool? Awesome? Scary?) insert appropriate word though. Also totally cute that they're holding hands in that last picture.
