The local carnival held their annual Special Kids Day last month. They open up the rides to JUST the Special Needs kids in the district from 10am-1pm. And it's all completely free...rides, popcorn, lunch, cotton candy. We were lucky enough to get to spend the day with one of Kelly's best buddies, Jacob. I'm pretty sure it was their Best. Day. Ever.
