ok this may sound TOTALLY crazy and even a little gross. but have you tried a nose bidet? hear me out. i heard about it on Oprah (ok i realize how lame that makes me sound) when Dr. Oz was on. it has seriously changed my life. google it. buy one. use it daily. i no longer take ANY meds for allergies.

none. zip. zilch. nada.

your sinuses will thank you...TRUE THAT!

ok i need your email address so i don't have to answer ALL of your (many) questions via comment...or is that how you likey?? ;)

#1 the nose bidet WILL help with everything but the hives...true!

#2 i have the old Foreman...no removable plates. my secret tip is to unplug it and toss soaked paper towels on it while it is still hot. use your tongs or a big spoon to push around the paper towels until its clean. NEVER use soap...i ruined my first one that way...it will get clean enough with the paper towels THEN turn it back on and let whatever is left over from the towels "cook off"...perfection. but oh yes i want the removable plates...i am hoping for a Griddler for mother's day.

#3 YES Jordan has been in trouble before LOL. mostly for being snotty. but it is not directed towards us for the most part. she is a hormonal preteen so a new sassy has shown up and she has tried it out twice, we called her on it and nipped it in the bud...we will see how long that lasts. BUT for the most part she is just a really good kid. y'all need to remember she has special needs (Asperger Syndrome) so she is socially like 10. AND she is an only child, who is she gonna bicker with?
