We're going to miss our favorite animal at the Santa Barbara Zoo. I'm actually kind of sad that Kelly will never have fun memories of feeding "the crooked-necked giraffe". It was always the highlight of our zoo trips.

We have seen her at the zoo a few times and my daughter too will never see her :(
atleast she will not suffer if she was in poor health.
i met Gemina once...i did not know i would miss her, but now oddly i do.
i do love love love that zoo. as you may have heard on the news our beloved zoo is not so safe these days.
oh poor Gemina!~ she seems like a special fixture at the zoo. i'm sure she'll be missed.
